Dezeen has announced the architecture shortlist for this year’s Dezeen Awards, which includes buildings by MVRDV, MAD and the late Richard Rogers.

The 57 shortlisted projects, which are in the running for awards in 11 different architecture project categories, are located across 24 different countries including Vietnam, UK, Iran, Japan, USA and India.

The top three represented countries are China with 10 shortlisted entries followed by Mexico and Australia with six each.
